THE OS
This is how I
learned to read
my own head.
I'm not a doctor. I'm not a therapist. I'm a guy who nearly didn't make it, who found a way to understand his own feelings, and who refuses to let imposter syndrome stop him from sharing what worked. Just like with the rings over a tree — I had no idea what I was doing. I just showed up. This is me showing up again.
I'm a 27-year-old who spent ten years figuring out how his own head works. If you're in crisis, the resources at the bottom of this page are staffed by people far more qualified than me. But if you're just trying to make sense of what you're feeling — that's what this is for.
And before you wonder — this isn't a funnel. I'm not selling mentorship, coaching groups, accountability programmes, or a high-ticket offer at the end. This is me asking for the momentum to start MO(MEN)TUM, so I can share men's stories, build something that sustains itself, and stop asking for donations. The goal is a business that creates enough value to fund preventing male suicide without needing to pass a bucket around.

HOW IT WORKS
Emotions are signals.
Not sentences.
Every emotion you feel is energy your body is giving you to get out of a state. Stop treating them as problems. Start reading them as instructions.
You can't control the event. You can't control the emotion. But you can control the interpretation. That's the only lever you need.

THE OS LOOP
THE BEHAVIOURAL DICTIONARY
21 emotions.
Redefined.
Every feeling has a message. Every message has a lever. This is how I learned to stop drowning in my own head and start reading it like a dashboard. Click any emotion to see the full reframe.

THE 5 B'S
Where are you
right now?
Five areas. One honest score in each. Be honest with yourself. Do it weekly and watch the shape change.
