The problem

This is why.

125 men take their own life every week in the UK
18 every single day
#1 killer of men under 45
3 in 4 suicides in the UK are men
6–10 people devastated by every single one

Sources: ONS, Samaritans, CALM

"You stopped me from killing myself."

Six words. Said by a man I barely knew, on a Sunday afternoon in Victoria Park, Bath, while I was packing gymnastic rings off a tree branch.

He'd been coming to our free meetups for about two months. Quiet. Always near the back. That day he arrived early, walked across the wet grass, said those six words, and walked off.

Everything I've built since is downstream of that moment. CaliUnity, the gym we gifted back to the community. Partnerships with 15 charities. Bath's best business. This run. This book. All of it.

If a ring over a tree can do that, imagine what happens when we properly get this going.

The full story's in the book. Donate £1 and it's yours.

The run

November 2026. The length of Britain. On foot.

1,000 miles
30 days
~33 miles per day

The full length of Britain. Support vehicle every five miles. November means rain, mud, and darkness by 4pm. That's the point.

Filming every day. Podcast from the road — real men, real stories, 4K60 with proper mics. Every mile can be named by a donor.

What does my money do?

I'm asking for the momentum
to start MO(MEN)TUM.

Your donation funds the startup — podcast, marketing, van, book distribution. That momentum makes the 1,000-mile run in November possible, which is where we raise £100k for Movember. Build it now, prove it in November.

🔄Build what works. Scale what sticks.

Same playbook as CaliUnity — started with nothing, built it by talking to people, now it runs itself. Your donation starts this flywheel spinning.

The MO(MEN)TUM Podcast

Real men. Still in the trenches. Still figuring it out. Sharing their stories so the bloke one step behind them gets the momentum to keep going.

Every episode above was filmed on a phone with a borrowed mic. Your donation upgrades this to 4K, proper audio, and production that makes men's stories reach the people who need them.

The OS

Your operating system.

21 emotions redefined as signals. A daily check-in that reads your patterns. A self-assessment that tells you which area of your life needs attention. Built from ten years of figuring out how my own head works — and coaching men through the same process.

Type what you're feeling and it'll tell you what it means. No account needed. No data stored. Just the tools.
